Jin-Roh
Review
DVD Cover

It was very interesting how this movie was produced and developed. Unlike most war and political animes/films - Jin-Roh was set in an alternet setting instead of a remake or fictionous idea. The whole theme of the movie was based around how the "Big Bad Wolf" kills innocent "Red Riding Hood", even though in this case, Red Riding Hood is a terrorist. It has a lot to do with moral and political issues colliding.

The music was very fitting for this movie, if you bought the special edition, it came with the music cd, feature, extras cd, and a small book about the director and the film. The light piano melodies really fit the mood through the dramatic sequences.

Many people find this type of movie to be highly boring. I can see how they'd think that, it is a very slow-going movie. If you're an action freak, you'll probably hate it. On the other hand, if you're even the slightest bit interested in politics or anything, you'll love this movie.
Oh yes, I think just about everyone will love the awesome suits the Wolf Brigade wears. Very cool.
