Spriggan seems to be a very stereotypical anime, I mean.. c'mon - the main character, Ominae, is a regular highschool student by day, and a crutial force in a secret organization by night. Go figure. Despite that irritating fact, I think the concept of the story was pretty cool. I can understand how a race to an item that would give you a "God" Status would be top-secret. I especially like the weapons used in this movie by the cyborgs and by the ARCAM Spriggans, they even made simple weapons look very nice here.

Anything produced by ADV I expect to at least be worth watching, and this one wasn't an exception. It had great action, clean graphics and an interesting plot that kept me entertained the whole way through. The only audiences I wouldn't recommend this to is young children and anyone who may take offence to material containing religious themes.
